There are many varieties of sunscreen fabric factory available from natural fibers to full synthetics or combinations of both. In our sunscreen fabric factory, we melt masterbatch in different colours then coat onto the polyester yarns, then weave the yarns into the fabric, this tech enabled the level 8 colour fastness for this product. To qualify as a sunscreen fabric it should reduce harmful UV rays from traveling through the material itself while still allowing filtered light to fill your home. Using sunscreen is like having a shade tree in front of your window without blocking the view. It can be used in door, window, and porch screening applications. DuraSuntex made by our sunscreen fabric factory is a woven vinyl-coated polyester screening manufactured for the primary use of reducing solar heat gain in the summer and reducing heat loss in the winter. Sun screen absorbs and dissipates up to 70% of the sun’s heat and glare before it reaches the window.

- 100% brand new green healthy polyester & PVC (additive) material, with special thermal bonding and cladding technique, which makes our fabric odour free & good to people’s health.
- Use the high strength & low shrink rates industrial use polyester fiber, makes the fabric neat , tight & dimensionally stable, curling selvedge problems, not go distorting or changing shape.
- Use the good healthy PVC material & additives, makes the fabric soft, fire-resistant & color fastness grade 8,It will not go fading or changing colors.
- The weaving machine is imported, making the strips absolutely straight, make the fabric perfect, the strips will not go in weave.
