Fiberglass roller shades is made of 30% fiberglass and 70% PVC through a special process. It is resistant to various chemical corrosion such as acid and alkali; with light aging resistance and weather resistance; non-hygroscopic, hydrophobic and water-resistant; strong tensile strength; dustproof, anti-combustion, anti-static, anti-ultraviolet; the coefficient of thermal expansion and contraction is small, good air permeability, good color fastness, good dimensional stability, beautiful appearance, not easy to be polluted, easy to clean, no deformation after washing, durable. The length of blackout fiberglass fabric is 30mper roll. Each roll packed in a strong paper tube.

    Glass fiber can be a better alternative to polymers when it comes to UV degradation.
  3. ANTI-STATIC
    Reduces static electricity, which can damage electrical components such as computer or ignite flammable liquids.
  4. FLAME RETARDANT
    Fire resistant reached B1 grade. Actually according to testing result, it’s better than B1.
  5. 100% BLOCKOUT
    Sufficient to blockout 100% of a direct light source, maximum light absorption, heat insulation and low thermal conductivity.
  6. WASHABLE
    Washable, waterproof fabric to keep mud and dirt off, easy to clean.
  7. FLATNESS
    Excellent flatness comparing with polyester core fabric, no curling edges even with 3m width.

Fiberglass roller shades versions:

We have developed 2 types of window curtain fabrics with fiberglass core. DLT-1100 series Low desity base fabric(Lite) and DLT-1000 series High desity base fabric (Standard). These 2 versions all have the same function and life time, difference is the lite version DLT-1100 surface is fiber textured and standard version DLT-1000 surface is smooth. And the weight is different according to the follow spec of the 2 version.
