Truck Side Curtain

Truck side curtain fabric is engineered with double-sided PVC knife-coating technology, our tarpaulin delivers 100% waterproofing and UV resistance (UPF 50+)5, ensuring cargo safety in monsoons, deserts, or sub-zero conditions (-20°C to +70°C)56. The high-tenacity 1000D polyester scrim achieves a breaking strength upto 6000N/5cm, resisting wind pressures up to 50kPa hydrostatic resistance. Certified to NFPA701, DIN75200, and M2 flame-retardant standards, the truck side curtain fabric self-extinguishes within 10 seconds, critical for hazardous cargo transport. Optional PVDF/acrylic coatings enhance fire resistance while enabling self-cleaning surfaces that repel dust and acid rain. REACH/RoHS compliance, free from harmful plasticizers like DBP/DEHP. DuraTarps’ heavy duty pvc truck side curtain tarpaulin is enabled for large-format digital printing: Brand trailers with matte/glossy finishes or corporate logos.

Truck cover material specifications:

We can use different combination of polyester yarns and forms of weaving. That will change its tearing strength, breaking strength…etc. And we can adjust thickness and structure of pvc coating to control weight, by changing formulation to enable FR, anti-static, air tight, chemical resistant…etc. PVC coating’s hardness can also cause different hand feeling. When producing we can use different technology (for example: cold lamination, hot lamination, knife coating) for different application of material. Different embossing roller can make the material surface glossy, matte or embossed pattern. This is how we customize industrail fabrics according to request.
