Clear Mesh Fabric

PVC clear mesh fabric is a 3 layer material. 2 layers of clear film with 1 layer polyester fabric which makes it same performance as normal tarpaulin. Our clear tarps are super heavy-duty and are meant to last. The clear tarps have a thick nylon thread shaft to assure a long-lasting life. DuraTarps PVC clear mesh fabric  provide superior coverage while allowing full visibility. Our clear tarps are reinforced with polyester mesh fiber squares. These 3-ply clear plastic tarps is a popular choice for building portable greenhouses and porch enclosures. Use them to cover equipment or supplies when you need visual access to what’s beneath the pvc clear mesh fabric cover. They’re waterproof and rot-proof. These UV-treated see-through poly tarps with added arctic flexibility resist damage from exposure to sun, heat, freezing temperatures, mildew, acid, rips and tears. While clear tarps are not designed for shading purposes they can be a great combination with canopies that don’t have sidewalls. Since they’re see-through, guests are able to enjoy the view outdoors from the inside of the canopy/tent.

We can use different combination of polyester yarns and forms of weaving. That will change its tearing strength, breaking strength…etc. And we can adjust thickness and structure of pvc film to control weight, by changing formulation to enable FR, anti-static, air tight, chemical resistant…etc. PVC film hardness can also cause different hand feeling. When producing we can use different technology (for example: cold lamination, hot lamination, knife coating) for different application of material. Different embossing roller can make the material surface glossy, matte or embossed pattern. This is how we customize industrial fabrics according to request.
