Soft Film

Soft pvc films can be heated by blowers up to a temperature of 70 degrees, after which the film softens and can be stretched over the pre-mounted profile. Due to its flexibility, the material adapts perfectly to any shape or design following the previously installed parameter profile. Soft pvc films are specifically designed for the manufacture of interior ceilings. whilst it is mostly used for flat suspended ceilings and light ceilings, they are also suitable for more creative applications such as individually shaped ceilings, 3D light objects, fixed frame led light box, walls or exhibition panels. Soft pvc films are available in different colors and textures (gloss, satin, opaque, suede, etc.) Compare with traditional flex banner, soft vinyl film does not have internal polyester base fabric, so it is light weight and low cost.
