Knife coating machine is not like lamination machine that need calendering machine supply pvc film in big rolls. It directly coat pvc resin on to the base fabric with a doctor blade. Then the material go through embossing roller to heatcase for drying. Knife coating machine is a kind of luxury option for vinyls, the coating quality have led to significant increases in lifespan over 10 years. And it can make heavyduty material over 1500gsm for membrane structure or tents. PVC coated vinyl  has excellent tensile strength. This fabric is useful for both permanent and temporary projects. The PVC coated vinyl can be used for things like luggage, bags, cases, and protective coverings. When we doing pvc coating process for the pvc knife coating materials, when machine start we need to spend 100-300meter material to adjust to the correct thickness, embossing pressure and softness according to customer’s request. And during this process, some small defects on the base fabric and pvc raw mateiral will also create some material can not be qualified as fresh order quality. So we have 1 container c grade from production every month. C grade has different specification mixed together , such as the different width, length ,gsm and colors mixed together, that is the reason why the price just only 20% of fresh material.
